Position: Landscape Maintenance
$17.00 – $25.00 per hour (pay depends on experience)
If you love maintaining stuff that the Landscape Construction team built and if you get super excited to leave mower stripes that clients LOVE to see, then these roles are for you.
- Team Leaders run the crew, manage your day when doing spring/fall cleanup, mowing, mulching or just about anything to maintain a client’s property and help others learn. You will drive the best equipment and work closely with our Account Managers to ensure the best results.
- Team Members – if you are just new to the landscape industry, hard working and want to learn we will train you to be the best you can be. We are seeking Crew Workers to work on the team.
Position: Irrigation Technician
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour (pay depends on experience)
If you Love working independently, solving problems and Love working with water and YES, you will even get wet when its hot outside then this role is for you (super cool stuff). But Seriously, if you can open, close and diagnose residential irrigation systems we want you to work for our small company. You need to have proven results on all Rainbird, Hunter, and other manufacturer’s systems. You will be working with our Irrigation Manager that is a vast of knowledge of all irrigation systems, a great partner to learn with.
Position: Lawn Care Technician
$18.00 – $25.00 per hour (pay depends on experience)
If you Love making lawns green, getting rid of those pesky bugs and seeing clients smile when they see a super green lawn, then this role is for you! Did I mention you will ride on some of the newest Z-Sprayer and not behind a push spreader like most companies? You need to hold a MA State Pesticide License and know your stuff. You will be working with our Lawn Care Manager that is a vast of knowledge of all diseases and bugs, a great partner to learn with.
Position: Operational Support
$17.00 – $21.00 per hour (pay depends on experience)
If you Love helping other team members, then this role is for you. This is a very COOL position as you work closely with our Lead Mechanic to support all company divisions to ensuring all our teams strive for excellence. Working close with all team members you will support our field staff with deliveries, fueling, pre-loading and general overall support. This is an exciting position as your days change and no two are the same.
