With the Cole Signature Service program, we deliver a seamless, turnkey property management solution. Rather than hiring multiple contractors, we handle all the details for you, providing core maintenance for your property and giving you peace of mind.
When you sign up for our Signature Services, we’ll keep track of your entire landscape. From the first day we start working on your property we’ll take a series of photographs. And we will be sending you updates and new images throughout the season, capturing our results. We are so sure you will love our services and we think it’s important to share that success with our clients.
Our Signature Services program is all-encompassing. From spring cleanup and weekly lawn maintenance to proactive lawn and plant health care programs, our Signature Service will ensure that your landscape is impeccably groomed all season long. Besides weekly lawn maintenance that includes cutting and edging your lawn from May-October, we offer comprehensive services to keep your landscape and plant beds expertly groomed. Spring cleanup includes clearing winter debris, de-thatching turf areas, blowing and raking lawn and performing the first cut of the season. For bed maintenance we weed, edge and rake all established mulch, shrub and flower beds bi-monthly. Our premium bark mulch adds the finishing touch to your landscape. In July and August we perform shrub trimming and pruning to promote plant growth habits while maintaining size. Fall cleanup caps off our Grounds Maintenance Services.
For clients seeking a highly manicured lawn we recommend regular fertilizer, weed control and insect control treatments to keep your lawn healthy. In order to determine the necessary applications, we perform soil testing every 2 years. We apply lime to balance the pH of acidic soil and fungicide, either as a preventative or curative application, depending upon the needs of your lawn. Core aeration and compost dressing relieve soil compaction and allow water, air and nutrients to enter the root zone of the grass. We perform fall tilt seeding with a power seeding machine that inserts seed into the soil for maximum germination.
Your small trees and shrubs need protection and proactive attention to monitor for insect, disease and nutrient levels. Our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program will help to insure a healthy and thriving landscape. Here are some services that we offer:
Our Fine Garden Care offers a higher-level gardening service for those who prefer more frequent visits and maintenance to their property. Our Crew has extensive horticultural experience and will create a customized plan for your property. In spring and fall we offer seasonal color packages for your plant beds and containers. We locate, select, deliver and layout all plant material. Spring bulb installation for plant beds and containers takes place in November. Lighting inspection is a top property maintenance task that we conduct. For safety and to accommodate for time change, we recommend bi-annual lighting inspection. We activate and test all lighting circuits and record amperage readings as well as check each fixture for proper operation. We set light timers, reposition lights as necessary, clean lenses and replace any malfunctioning lights and/or bulbs as needed.
Protect your investment with a full-service plan for both new and pre-existing irrigation systems. We will open your irrigation system in the spring and winterize it in late fall. We respond promptly to any calls for repairs. For larger irrigation systems, we provide preventative maintenance consisting of monthly monitoring and seasonal reprogramming, as required.
